2. Booking and Confirmation

  • Reservations are confirmed via email or written notice from the hotel.
  • Guests must provide accurate personal information when booking.
  • The hotel may cancel reservations if fraudulent or incomplete data is provided.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.

3. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: 14:30 – 22:30
  • Check-out: 08:00 – 10:30
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.
  • Valid photo ID is required at check-in.
  • All guests must be registered as per Italian law.

4. Rates and Payment

  • All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Municipal tourist tax is not included and must be paid at check-in.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit cards and electronic systems.
  • Special offers may have separate terms and conditions.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Flexible and non-refundable rates have different cancellation terms. Refer to booking details.
  • General terms:
    • Free cancellation up to X days before arrival (flexible plans).
    • Late cancellation or no-show may incur full or partial charges.
    • Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds.

6. Guest Responsibilities

  • Smoking is prohibited indoors. Designated outdoor areas are available.

  • The hotel is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage unless due to proven negligence.
  • We are not responsible for valuables unless stored in the designated safe and declared.
  • Guests are encouraged to take personal safety precautions.

8. Force Majeure

The hotel is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
